I’m Jordy Joosten - logistics leader, builder, and fixer. My journey didn’t start in a boardroom, but on the ground: in the middle of real, tangible chaos - messy warehouses, missed deadlines, overwhelmed teams, and systems buckling under growth. That’s where I found my calling: bringing structure, clarity, and impact wherever complexity threatened to take over.

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked my way up from the operational heart of logistics and supply chain, always respecting the people on the floor. I’ve led teams of 5 to 350+, scaled fast-growing start-ups, fixed failing processes, and built warehouse systems from scratch - often under intense pressure. The more complex the puzzle, the more I lean in.

My Motto are: Act now, avoid repeat later.

Standout results: I’ve rescued warehouse operations under pressure, uncovered €100K in hidden stock, and built resilient teams that thrive even in chaos.

Martial arts have played a big role in my life and work. For over a decade, I trained in kickboxing and a few years in Brazilian Jiujitsu. Between December 2024 and May 2025, I traveled to Thailand for a 5-month Muay Thai fight camp - deepening my focus, discipline, and ability to stay calm under extreme pressure. The mindset, rhythm, and resilience from martial arts shaped my leadership style and decision-making - on and off the job.

At some point, I realized my true strength wasn’t just in solving problems, but in spotting them before they explode - building tools that prevent leaks, leading with clarity when teams feel lost, and creating calm in the storm so the business can move forward with speed and purpose.

Now, I work as a freelancer under Jordy Joosten Dotcom, helping companies in logistics, retail, fulfillment, and operations take back control and unlock growth. Whether it’s a strategic supply chain project, a full warehouse redesign, or simply restoring order to complexity, I bring structure, insight, and hands-on execution.
