On my own initiative (in my spare time and despite being told everything was “under control”), I independently designed, led, and executed a deep-dive audit - triggered by one of my designed tools revealing inconsistencies with a separate system used by a new analyst team. Going against the status quo, I proved my findings right: over 1,300 pallets, worth more than €100,000, were missing completely system-wise and went unnoticed by the team in formal charge.

Every slotting decision factored in many dozens of smart factors including weight, fragility, turnover speed, and replenishment efficiency, blending smart automation with human review.
